General Qualification
- Male / Female max. 25 years old
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Honest, active and pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with Airtable and Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Computer literate
- Ready to work full time at Yogyakarta
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Monitoring Request For Quotation (RFQ) from Customer
- Forwarding RFQ to Operation Department
- Recapitulating RFQ to Airtable
- Analyzing inquiries to giving feedback both Operation Department and Management
- Coordinating with other division/unit for effective and efficient works within Operational process
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
