- Female, max 30 years old.
- Bachelor Degree from psychology.
- Preferably having 5 years of working experience in the related field (Recruitment / Training and Organizational Development / HR Generalist).
- Excellent communication skills, analytic skills, and attention to detail.
- Honest, active, and polite.
- Ready to work in Yogyakarta.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Handling HR administration related to Outsourcing..
- Evaluate all Department’s performance for each Department’s job description.
- Assess training needs through data (individual evaluation, skill map, job spec).
- Organize training and development for Employees.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholder to develop awareness of human resource policies.
