General Qualification
- Female, max 25 years old.
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Preferably having 1 year of sales and e-commerce (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Have a knowledge of sales and e-commerce.
- Having a good communication skills and willing to learning.
- Ready to work in Jogjakarta.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Assisting and responding Customer enquiry or complains via phone or text.
- Explaining our products to the customer.
- Handling sales via our e-commerce platform.
- Coordinating with team about the sales.
- Reporting PPH e-commerce to finance team and submit certificate of withholding tax to vendor e-commerce.
