General Qualification

  1. Female, max 25 years old.
  2. Bachelor degree is a must.
  3. Preferably having 1 year of sales and e-commerce (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  4. Have a knowledge of sales and e-commerce.
  5. Having a good communication skills and willing to learning.
  6. Ready to work in Jogjakarta.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  1. Assisting and responding Customer enquiry or complains via phone or text.
  2. Explaining our products to the customer.
  3. Handling sales via our e-commerce platform.
  4. Coordinating with team about the sales.
  5. Reporting PPH e-commerce to finance team and submit certificate of withholding tax to vendor e-commerce.
