Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position, experience in the B2B industry is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Willing to be placed in Thamrin, Central Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work with a digital marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative digital marketing strategies for B2B company.
- Design and oversee all aspects in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs).
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Coordinate with the operation division to make a digital marketing strategy that can get along with business growth.
