General Qualification
- Male / Female, max 26 years old.
- Bachelor Degree from any major.
- Have a knowledge about Psychological Testing is a must.
- Preferably having a 2 year of working experience in the related field (Recruitment / Training and Organizational Development / HR Generalist).
- Excellent communication skills, analytic skills, and attention to detail.
- Have a good knowledge about HRIS, BPJS Kes. & TK, and UUCK is a plus.
- Honest, active, and polite.
- Ready to work in Yogyakarta.
Job Requirement
- End to end recruitment.
- Provide support the employees in HR related topics (leaves, compensation, and absence).
- Assist in organizational development and implementation of Company Policies.
- Evaluate all Department’s performance for each Department’s job description.
- Organize training and development for Employees.
