HR Coordinator Site - Central Kalimantan

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out process recruitment and selection.
  • Carry out industrial relations duties, including establishing good relations with Muspika, the Manpower and Transmigration Service, trade unions, village government institutions, traditional leaders, and others.
  • Support for payroll data as absence recapitulation process, Employee Rooster Leave, etc.
  • Help prepare supporting documents for employee evaluations.
  • Carry out the BPJS Health and Employment administration process for employees.
  • Make a Mandatory Report to the Manpower Office.
  • Coordinate and arrange reservations for plane tickets and other means of transportation for project employees according to SOP.
  • Make a recapitulation of travel operational financial reports,
  • Checking Canteen and Speedboat Invoices.
  • Coordinate general tasks, including facility management and management of physical facilities in the project (including management of mess/office/canteen/sports facilities/clean water facilities, etc.).
  • Communication reference between Head Office and Site Office regarding employee databases and other HR issues.

General Qualification:

  • Graduated from bachelor’s degree.
  • Have experience in a related position minimum 3 years.
  • Competently handle local community relations.
  • Competent in carrying out internal and external Industrial Relations.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Having experience running ERP Human Resource applications is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan (Site area)
